Fuzzy-Logic Enterprises takes your privacy very seriously, and take the following steps to ensure that your data remains private.
- Security and Integrity of Data
Fuzzy-Logic Enterprises stores all of your personal data in an electronic database. This database is kept secure by using industry standard methods including, but not limited to, the encryption of usernames and passwords, browser-based SSL connections, and other storage mechanisms to protect the integrity of internal databases to ensure that unauthorised access is restricted. - Third-Party Disclosure
Fuzzy-Logic Enterprises transfers data with third parties for the following business operations:- The submission of your name, bank name, bank account numbers, email addresses, and billing addresses to third party financial companies for the processing of payments. We will not submit these to any other party other than where requested by Court Order.
- The submission of your billing address and your IP address to a Fraud detection company.
- Access
Customers have access to a limited amount of information we store about them, but some information is only available to employees of Fuzzy-Logic Enterprises. This information includes, but is not limited to:- Website access logs. Fuzzy-Logic Enterprises stores 7 day rotation logs of the users that visit our website. These logs are stored securely, and are available to any administrator who requests them. Should we suspect any activity which is illegal, we will freeze the logs and hold them for use in prosecution should they be requested by the Authorities upon production of a valid court order.
- Account Fraud Reports. Fuzzy-Logic Enterprises stores a fraud report for every order placed through our system. These reports are also stored by the Third Party authorising the fraud checks. We will keep these for up to 5 years for the use in prosecution should the Authorities request them upon production of a court order.
- Violation of TOS. Fuzzy-Logic Enterprises records all data input and output through the system when a violation of the TOS takes place. We will keep all tickets/emails/transactions/logs for use in prosecution should the violation be either breaking the law, or the information be requested by the Authorities upon production of a valid court order.
- Cookies
Fuzzy-Logic Networks stores small pieces of information on your computer called cookies. These cookies help our systems identify you upon returning to the site. None of your personal information is stored in these cookies, and the information that is stored cannot be used to identify you. Failure to accept cookies will result in you being unable to access our client portal.
