Our managed service is basically so you have full piece of mind, allowing you to concentrate on your company, and leaving the really important stuff to us. It is our promise to you, that we restore your site within 15 tickets of the support ticket being opened (during business hours, 1 hour during non-business hours), and if we don’t meet this, we’ll credit your account with the appropriate amounts for the time your site is offline.
